The Property Management Plan

Real estate investments can be set up to generate one or more types of returns:
  • Cash flow to owners;
  • Appreciation of owner’s capital;
  • Shelter of cash flow and
  • Preservation of capital.
Once the owner specifies the type(s) of return desired on the property, the professional property manager can develop an appropriate management plan to generate the desired result.

The abilities of a Professional Property Manager will usually more than make up for the cost of the services. The yield from the property will be maximized and the value will be preserved or enhanced.

In a sense, the property manager and the property owner are partners in maximizing the return on investment of the property.
